A Special Initation to Parent University

Dear Parents,

One very special part of our program for our families is designed just for parents; Parent University. Several years ago, at the request of some of our parents who noticed that the way we train our staff produced outstanding results with their children's natural aptitude for learning as well as with their attitude and behaviors, we began offering parenting classes to our parents.

At Parent University, parents learn that one major key to successful interactions with their children is to understand that they are by nature primarily, first and foremost emotional beings with a developing rational possibility! Finding out how to interact appropriately with naturally emotional beings so that they may learn self-control and begin to develop their rational ability helps the family to manage inevitable behavioral issues and turn them into valuable learning opportunities rather than bitter repeated oppositional events.

Parent University classes are designed to be fun, participatory, and filled with useful distinctions and information on particular topics of interest to parents of young children. These events are usually open to the public as well as to parents; baby-sitting is provided for parents during the workshops.

Please come to Parent University, you are sincerely invited! Most classes are held at our Children's Centers weekday evenings or on Saturday mornings. We baby-sit your children during the two-hour class and refreshments are provided!

P.S. As a follow-up after Parent University class, we invite you to use our Parent University Trainers if you wish. Our Trainers are all parents and Parent University honor graduates, usually teachers and/or school directors who are well trained in our distinctions with children.

We do special Parent University classes for groups of parents or teachers such as corporate or government groups, mom's clubs, and public and private school teachers.
